Thomas here

Post by Lasram on Sat Dec 11, 2010 10:30 am

Hey,

my name is Thomas. I am probably one of the older guys (if not the oldest here, 28). Living in Malta right now but I am from Germany. Playing poker for a living. My hobbies apart from Poker and SC2 are football (soccer for you american guys Wink ) and basketball. I also like to watch TV series. Not all of them of course. CanĀ“t wait for the Dexter season finale Very Happy Since my job leaves me with a fairly flexible schedule I am hoping to find interesting things here in the future.

Ah almost forgot. Im playing Zerg in Diamond right now. Hope to find cool people to practise and discuss SC with.

Cheers,
Thomas

Nice to have you Thomas. So how do you stop a 4 barracks Marine + SCV all-in on close positions either on Lost Temple or Metalopolis cyclops?

Banelings is correct that is if you get enough of them. The thing is if Zerg goes for a fast expansion there is little to no way that you can stop the 4 Barracks all-in unless the Zerg scouts for it. But even then on close positions the Zerg might not have enough time to react Neutral

Its tough especially on close positions. Spines and banelings and some roaches do well. I often skip muta tech until T expands and go baneling roach instead. If I see marauders I make more lings instead of banelings. But still hard to stop. Unless you scout the 4 rax very early and know its coming.
